If the trailer is damaged in a collision, impact, or other accident, that type of damage is not covered under warranty. The warranty is intended to cover issues related to the trailer itself, not damage caused by outside incidents after it leaves the shop.

If the trailer has been repaired, altered, welded on, drilled into, or modified without Coastline’s approval, any related damage may void warranty coverage. This helps protect against problems caused by changes that affect the trailer’s original design, fit, or performance.

Damage caused by carrying more weight than the trailer was designed for is not covered under warranty. Overloading can put excessive stress on the frame, axle, bunks, hubs, and other key components, leading to problems that are outside normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, failure to maintain the trailer, or neglect over time. That includes things like ignoring worn parts, failing to service critical components, or using the trailer in a way it was not designed to handle.

Damage caused by outside events such as road debris, potholes, storm damage, flooding, fire, or similar situations is not covered under warranty. These are conditions outside Coastline’s control and are separate from defects in materials or workmanship.
